getting healthy
I decided it was time to get my shit together and attempt to be healthy. In doing so I had two choices, work out or change how I eat. I opted to work out...with my stress level, giving up easy food is NOT going to happen.
So I joined one of those girlie gyms...guys not welcome, 30 min circuit of different activities.
and one month has gone by
I'd like to share my progress...
in 1 month
lost 2.25 lbs
lost 7.25 inches (damn english measurements)
lost 1.33% of my body fat
all three are great reasons (in my book any way) to keep at it

Just stopping in to say hello. Sounds like everything's going fairly well.
The exercise thing sounds like a great idea. Been thinking about it myself. Well, kinda thinking about it...
